Version 3.12.101

Notes 1–15 of 15

  1. Prioritisation: A job step planned by cycle in Scheduling shows in the work queue as one step, so you rank the whole step.

  2. Reports: Individual performance reports now list only the process cycles each person ran that week, grouped under the process, with the jobs in each batch and colour for time, goal and downtime.

  3. Scheduling: If auto-plan is unsure what a written request means, it shows that reading and waits for you to confirm before placing anything.

  4. Scheduling: Plan individual cycles of a job step, choose which resources are planned at all, limit cycles to the machines that can run them, drag people onto machines for their shift, and auto-plan a chosen part of the backlog with a preview you accept or reject. Completed work now stays on the board and shows whether it was done in planned order. Stations can show their planned work in order.

  5. Reports: Production Overview reports and widgets now load for large sites over any period, instead of showing No data, and scheduled Production Overview reports at those sites no longer fail.

  6. Scheduling: Planned step times now come from the cycles on the job's process: each active cycle's timer goal plus its OEE target, added up and rounded up to the next 15 minutes. A process with no cycles plans each step for one hour. Duration estimates learned from production history are gone, along with the capacity squares on board blocks, the part history hover, the estimated time on the Production home queue, and the norm fallback on Value Flow.

  7. Reports: The OEE User Report now runs for busy sites over long periods, such as a full year, instead of failing. Utilization is now running time as a share of running time plus downtime, because a machine stops its timer while it is down. Sites that log downtime between timer sessions previously showed far lower figures than they achieved. Operators who only logged downtime are now included, and operators with output but no recorded time show no utilization rather than 0%. Session time and downtime that run past the start or end of the report period now count only the part inside it. An operator's job count no longer includes output recorded without a job.

  8. Invoices: Assigning a service to every job on a large draft invoice now works in one action, and if it stops partway you see how many jobs got the service.

  9. Plans: Every feature is now available to every workspace, with no limits on storage, users, tasks, projects or webhooks.

  10. Files: The Storage panel in the Files sidebar now shows how much storage you have used, split into Documents, Images and Other, without a capacity meter.

  11. Scheduling: Planning settings now open on their own page from the gear on Job Planning and Prioritisation, with previews and a Save button. Which resources are planned by step or by cycle is now set there instead of on the Resources page.

  12. Invoices: Large draft invoices update faster after you change jobs or services.

  13. Bulk: Maintenance updates keep dashboards, Hugo and document tools running reliably.

  14. Hugo: Usage costs are recorded correctly when a reply switches between AI models.

  15. Hugo: The token count under each reply now includes every step Hugo took, not just the last one.
