Released 2026-10-15
Version 3.12.102
Notes 1–44 of 44
Production: Loading or unloading many jobs on a machine at once, raising a large invoice, and other large bulk actions no longer fail with an error, and every affected record's history still records the action.
Datasheets: Cells can now carry thin, medium or thick borders on any side, applied from a Borders menu in the builder ribbon (all, outside, thick outside, inside, single sides or none). Borders print in PDF templates at the same weights, and a bound row's closing line prints only after the last record. PDF templates: Text widgets support underline (Cmd+U) and an option to raise ordinal suffixes such as 26th.
Home: Ask Hugo for help from the corner of the Home page. Hugo answers how-to questions from the Bulk docs in your language, links the pages it mentions with an Open button, and hands over to support when the docs do not cover it. Docs pages Hugo cites open in windows over Bulk that you can move, resize, minimise to a tray along the bottom and keep open side by side. After a while on Home, Hugo waves to offer help.
Hugo: Large edits, such as many changes to a risk assessment at once, now stay in the chat, so Hugo remembers what it changed on your next message.
KPIs: The Invoiced (auto) KPI loads faster on teamboards and KPI tables, and no longer fails while invoices or orders are being updated.
PDF templates: A datasheet no longer splits onto a new page just because its box is a little short. It grows into the free space below, down to the bottom margin or the next widget, and only continues on another sheet when it runs out of room. The editor canvas now shows the full table instead of cutting it at the box edge.
PDF Templates: A datasheet table taller than its box now pushes the widgets below it down, so a long results table stays on one sheet with the text that follows it, and only continues on another sheet when the page is full.
PDF templates: Editing X, Y, width and height one after another in the properties panel now saves every value; a quick follow-up edit could drop the previous one.
PDF Templates: Exporting an order PDF no longer fails for workspaces with many orders, and you can now search for any order by order or PO number.
PDF Templates: New Datasheet widget prints the datasheet filled on the record in its own print layout, scaled to the widget and continued onto extra sheets with repeated header rows.
PDF Templates: Report checklists and certificates now print closer to the page they replace. Tables can use compact rows and dark lines, text can be justified, an address token can print one part per line, and datasheet sections keep their row heights and continue cleanly onto the next sheet. Datasheet cells can set their own text size and a thousands separator.
PDF Templates: Templates can now hold several pages, each portrait or landscape, with master pages for repeating letterheads and footers and page numbers that count per section.
PDF Templates: Text widgets print bold words and links (select text on the canvas and press Cmd+B or Cmd+K), static table rows can be bold, shaded or section headings, and dates can print as 21st January 2026.
PDF Templates: The editor canvas now shows widgets below a datasheet where the PDF prints them, pushed down by the table's extra rows. A faint outline marks where a moved widget was placed, and dragging it lands it where you drop it.
Prioritisation: The Kanban and List order views no longer show an error and reload when a new week starts.
Processes: Create with Hugo reads a process technique or SOP, proposes the process and its cycles with their printed times, and creates them once you agree, with Undo.
Processes: Turn on Require cycles in Entity settings to make every process have at least one active cycle. New processes are now created on their own page, where you add the first cycles with the timer goal, OEE target and quantity.
Production: Pasting or filling down across more than 50 jobs on an order's Jobs sheet now saves instead of failing.
Production: Timers now start, pause and resume on machines with more than 100 job items loaded.
Hugo: The floating Hugo button is now just Hugo's face. Hover it and "Ask Hugo" slides out while Hugo waves.
Invoices: Marking an invoice as sent or confirmed now uses the current time if the time given is slightly ahead, and refuses a time further in the future.
Navigation: Collapse the left menu to icons to give pages more room. Hover an icon to reach its pages, rest on the empty part of the icon bar to see the full menu, or drag the menu's edge. Your choice is remembered in this browser.
Navigation: Each item in the left menu now has its own coloured icon, so modules are easier to spot, especially when the menu is collapsed to icons.
OEE: You can now drag downtime reasons to rearrange their order on the Reasons settings page.
PDF templates: A box whose text does not fit is now outlined in red on the canvas, so the warning above the page points at it.
PDF templates: Hugo rebuilds a report of several pages page by page, with repeated letterheads and footers moved to master pages, page numbers turned into page tokens, and each page on the paper size the PDF states.
PDF templates: Hugo now reads scanned pages stored sideways the right way up, keeps the printed wording of boxes it cannot link to a field, and still builds the rest of a document when one page cannot be read.
Hugo: A step that was still running when a reply ended now shows as stopped instead of spinning.
PDF templates: Printing now stops with an error if text could not be fitted into its boxes, instead of printing a page where table rows or lines are cut off.
PDF templates: Scrolling through a template opens the page in view, so the page list, rulers and Page settings follow it. A selected widget keeps its page until you let it go.
PDF templates: The editor page looks like a Google Docs sheet: white paper on a grey canvas, margins shown on the rulers and a faint printable-area line instead of a pink tint, and the grid starts hidden (View > Show grid turns it on and is remembered).
PDF templates: The editor's save status is a cloud icon, as in Google Docs: a solid green cloud with a tick when everything is saved, an arrow while saving, and a crossed-out cloud with Retry when a save fails. Hover it for the last save time.
PDF templates: The page list shows each page's real content, with its letterhead or master underneath, instead of grey blocks. Each tile shows only the page name; hover for the paper size and master.
PDF templates: The size fields in the widget panel no longer accept a width or height below the widget's minimum. A too-small value used to fail to save and kept retrying.
PDF templates: The table line colour now shows the light grey tables print with by default, instead of claiming Blue.
PDF templates: The template editor has a File, Edit, View, Insert, Arrange and Page menubar under the template name, like a document editor. Orientation, the grid and Export PDF now live in these menus.
PDF templates: The template editor opens full screen with a document-style header: the Bulk mark leads back to your templates, the name is edited in place, and a toolbar under the menus holds undo and redo, Insert (search or drag a widget onto the page) and zoom (⌘+ / ⌘− / ⌘0, ⌘ + scroll, or Fit width).
PDF templates: Every page of a template is shown in one scroll. Click a page to edit it, pick a page in the list to jump to it, and double-click a letterhead or footer to edit its master in place (Esc or Done goes back).
PDF templates: Rulers along the top and left of the page read in millimetres. Drag them to change the margins, resize the selected widget or set a text box's padding, or drag out of a ruler to add a guide that widgets snap to; guides are saved with the page and never print. View > Show rulers and Clear guides.
PDF templates: The toolbar formats the selected widget: font, size, bold, italic, underline, colour, alignment and line spacing for text, size and borders for tables, and Format options for everything else. While editing text they format the selected words, and text prints italic words.
PDF templates: The properties panel keeps a widget's data and structure and can be hidden with View > Show properties. Positions, sizes and margins read in millimetres.
PDF templates: View > Show pages hides or shows the page list beside the canvas, and the editor remembers the choice in this browser.
Reports: Operator Shift Review shot tables now group shots under their process heading and include the cycle column.
Reports: When a generated report is ready, a dialog now shows an Open PDF button, so the report is still reachable when the browser blocks the new tab.
