Version 3.12.23

Notes 153 of 53

  1. Job Planning — Choose whether timeline blocks show the job number, part, or step name, and which asset types appear as lanes.

  2. Job Planning — Choose which details show on work-queue cards (operation, resource/step, quantity).

  3. Job Planning — Queue card estimate details open from the duration chip instead of a truncated label.

  4. Job Planning — Queue card titles can be set separately from timeline block titles in Display settings.

  5. Job Planning — Queue cards can also show job number, part, resource code, and routing in the detail line.

  6. Job Planning — The board and work queue now load only the asset types you have selected in Display, so the view no longer flashes everything first.

  7. Job Planning — Timeline blocks now show typical machine load capacity as small squares based on Load Job history.

  8. Job Planning — You can hide job headers in the work queue so step cards stack continuously within an order.

  9. Analytics and reports — Scheduled reports now retry safely when analytics data is refreshing.

  10. Dashboards and presence — Restricted widgets and unavailable records no longer make repeated failing requests.

  11. Orders, Jobs & Documents — Locked order, job, and document numbers now have a copy button.

  12. Orders, Jobs & Transactions — Right-click a row to open it, open it in a new tab, or copy its number.

  13. Pricing — Catalogue services can use a new Timed / process hours model that bills an hourly rate against real job timings: timers, manual entries, adjustments, and OEE downtime.

  14. Pricing — Timed services can now charge only time from selected resources (for example Machining job steps).

  15. Production — Completing many jobs at a station (Complete all) is more reliable and no longer fails with a technical read-limit error on large benches.

  16. Production — Multi-station tiles now show active manual downtime (reason + ticking clock) instead of looking idle while jobs are loaded.

  17. Production — Pause clocks on the multi-station board and Operate stay in sync.

  18. Production — Recording downtime from home while jobs are loaded now attaches that downtime to those jobs.

  19. Value Flow — Dashboard previews now load reliably after the latest analytics update.

  20. Operate — Admins can set how far back operators may choose a custom timer start (default 2 hours).

  21. Operate — Timer layouts can let operators backdate start, end, or both when stopping and starting jobs.

  22. Planning — Right-click a batch on the board to split it apart; its jobs keep the machine and run back-to-back.

  23. Planning — Select several work-queue steps with Ctrl/Cmd-click or Shift-click and drop them onto a machine in one go. They land as a single batch running together; hold Option (Alt) while dropping to lay them out back-to-back instead. The drag preview shows the batch size and warns when it exceeds what the machine typically runs at once.

  24. Pricing — Timed services now fill quantity from job process hours; click quantity to see the per-job breakdown.

  25. Production — Cancelling large orders and previewing mass closes is more reliable on big multi-job orders.

  26. Production — Choosing a manual stop time now uses a larger calendar and hour/minute controls that are easier on tablets.

  27. Analytics — Editing the OEE timeline now always detects a clash with a run or downtime record that started long before the edit, instead of only checking the previous 30 days.

  28. Integrations — Parts returned by the client API now include their part numbers.

  29. Operate — Backdating a start or stop is now honoured only where the asset type's timer layout enables it, and only within the configured lookback.

  30. Operate — Choosing the earliest start the timer dialog offers now works even if you take a while to pick it, instead of being rejected as too early.

  31. Parts — Invalid pagination links now return a safe validation error instead of interrupting the parts selector.

  32. Integrations — Disabled Resend webhooks now return a clear unavailable response without exposing configuration details.

  33. Production — Completing a large batch at a station now keeps the smaller group size it found instead of retrying the full size every time, so heavy benches finish with fewer failed attempts.

  34. Production — When a batch cannot be completed, the message now explains what happened in plain language instead of showing a technical read-limit error.

  35. Production — If a single step is too large to complete on its own, it is now reported as skipped rather than appearing in the retry list, so it is no longer possible to think a bench cleared when one step did not.

  36. Production — Completing a station batch is all-or-nothing when the follow-up job and order updates cannot be applied: you will see 0 completed rather than a partial result with stale job status.

  37. Production — Live timer and downtime clocks now follow server time, so a tablet whose own clock is wrong no longer shows a frozen or drifting elapsed time.

  38. Production · Orders — A service line written as a percentage of the order total (for example "Loyalty discount (-10%) on order total") is now calculated against the order total, instead of only that service's own lines.

  39. Production — Recording downtime no longer fails on a tablet whose clock runs slightly fast.

  40. Production — Stopping a multi-station tile that is paused by recorded downtime now ends that downtime instead of failing, and the board says which stations were stopped and which had downtime ended.

  41. Production — Timers now refuse a start or downtime record that overlaps time already booked on the same asset, so one asset can never be productive twice over the same minutes.

  42. API — Invalid list cursors now return a clear 400 response instead of a server error.

  43. Job planning — Moving a job to another machine now shows the current machine and uses a short searchable list.

  44. Production · Orders — A service charged as a percentage of the order total now shows the same amount on the services list, in the REST order detail, and on the jobs it is split across. Cancelled jobs no longer inflate the order total it is calculated from, and jobs priced in another currency are converted first.

  45. Production · Jobs — Editing a job price, or a batch of job prices, now works on orders of any size. Previously an order with more than about a thousand jobs rejected the edit with a technical error.

  46. Production · Orders — Editing services, changing invoice services, or converting the currency of an order with more than 300 jobs now explains the limit instead of failing with a technical error.

  47. Production · Orders — A service that charges for time can no longer be given two hourly lines by editing it, which billed the same hours twice.

  48. Production · Orders — Fixed charges on a time-based service (for example a callout fee alongside the hours) are now shared across the jobs the service is assigned to, instead of sitting in the order total against no job.

  49. Production · Invoicing — A draft invoice bills a time-based service at the total of its per-job amounts, matching the order and the services list to the penny. It could previously differ by a few pence on orders with many jobs.

  50. Scheduling — The planning board is flatter in the Riso theme: queue cards and timeline blocks drop their shadows, cards use a light hairline frame, and blocks sit directly on the paper instead of on a tinted fill. Scheduling conflicts still stand out.

  51. User management — Invite people as the job they will do. Pick one or more roles by name when you send an invitation, and the new user lands with exactly that access on their first sign-in instead of waiting for an admin to finish the setup.

  52. Security — Error messages no longer mention sensitive field names like password or secret.

  53. Security — Sign-in and account errors no longer expose internal secret field names.
