Bulk Documentation

Released 2026-08-14

Version 3.12.51

Notes 1–42 of 42

  1. Production — Completing very large jobs, complex routings, or bulk-close approvals now stops safely before the system is overloaded, without leaving partial changes. Admin completion rejects oversized notes first.

  2. Production — Long station timers now show days, weeks, or months instead of a huge hour count.

  3. Integrations — Dynamics 365 send payload mapping opens in a large editor with a live preview, icon tabs for record, text, and JSON, file import, and calculation transforms.

  4. Integrations — Send payloads can insert fixed or dynamic rows at specific positions, combine a fixed JSON insert with per-property overrides, skip empty optional slots, and map Service Bus application properties. Preview can queue a test send.

  5. Integrations — Inbound payload mapping uses the same three-column builder as outbound, with a live Workflow Event preview. Listening recovers when another connection has a bad secret.

  6. Integrations — Message logs show the server, date and time, application properties, JSON, and the real transport error. Dismiss errors from the Errors tab, or retry a failed send.

  7. Integrations — Removing a connection keeps its payloads as Unassigned. You can remove event channels, rename payloads from the right-click menu, and reprocess a message as the operator who clicked Reprocess.

  8. Workflows — Action steps open in a large editor over the canvas, with Input, configuration, and Output panes, plus Schema, Table, and JSON views and an Execute preview. Right-click a step to edit, duplicate, or delete it.

  9. Workflows — Drafts save when you leave. Optional fields can be left unchanged. Actions can use a fixed status or an Event field, and can show a label on the canvas.

  10. Workflows — Create or update Customer can use your customer statuses, look up currency from an Event code, and asks whether to create missing customers or update existing ones.

  11. Workflows — You can update invoice fields and statuses from workflow actions. Unattended runs are attributed to Workflows and can update records across sites.

  12. Workflows — Failed runs show the real error. Retry a stuck step or start again on the current published version. Incidents clear when the re-run succeeds.

  13. Workflows — Condition steps can use starting-record fields (Starting or Newest). A start step can let other workflows keep updating the same record while one is waiting.

  14. Workflows — Runs history is paginated and searchable. The editor is quieter, and opening a new workflow no longer shows a validation error before you pick a starting change. Session ID for Dynamics 365 outbound messages is set on the send payload.

  15. Dashboards — Hub charts use a readable dotted fill, quieter titles, even padding, and labels that shorten with an ellipsis instead of crowding the plot.

  16. Dashboards — Buffer widgets are easier to read: on-target bars are green, trend and target use distinct colours, aging shows as currency, and missing conversion rates warn in the header.

  17. Dashboards — People online sits in the widget header with the count and avatars. The Safety widget uses the same large number and supporting text as other metrics.

  18. Dashboards — Throughput inbound and outbound use two colours and quieter labels. Consumables widgets have clearer titles and the same period tabs as the rest of the app.

  19. Dashboards — Upcoming tasks and audits are denser and no longer sit in a boxed list. Chart tooltips are quieter and hide empty series. Home charts use the theme accent colour.

  20. App — In spreadsheet tables, hold Ctrl (or ⌘) to see Select all, and press Ctrl/⌘+A to toggle every row. Shortcut chips use a soft keycap style.

  21. App — Reloading no longer drops you back on Choose a plant. Success messages dismiss on their own again. Checkboxes are flatter, without the coloured offset shadow.

  22. Inbound — In Services, hold Ctrl (or ⌘) to see add shortcuts. Tab skips Add/remove; ⌘⇧Enter adds a line, ⌘⌥Enter adds a service.

  23. Invoicing — Draft invoices get their final number when created. They can show Issue failed and Send failed, and workflows can set those statuses.

  24. Invoicing — On order invoices, line items update from Services. On misc invoices, services create line items even when no jobs are linked yet. Already-billed services do not appear again.

  25. Invoicing — When confirmation runs through a workflow, drafts show Approve so automation can start, and Mark sent and Void are no longer manual actions. Status notes show under the person or workflow that made the change.

  26. Invoicing — Hold Ctrl (or ⌘) to see the Issue shortcut, and press Ctrl/⌘+Enter to issue.

  27. Search — Search results stay in sync more reliably. Rebuilding the index is several times faster and resumes automatically after interruptions.

  28. Reports & analytics — Dashboard tiles show a normal empty state while analytics catches up, and they keep updating automatically. Resetting a plant also clears its analytics.

  29. Analytics — Dashboard and teamboard tiles shown on many screens at once now load faster and put less load on busy plants.

  30. Entity settings — Customer statuses and operating rules can be edited after work has started.

  31. Jobs — Select multiple jobs to assign a service to all of them at once.

  32. Jobs — Job and order lists now update when records change, without refreshing the page.

  33. PDF templates — Production order custom fields now print correctly on project sheets and order PDFs. Templates expose more order fields, and inbound customer fields no longer mix with document custom fields.

  34. Customers — The edit customer dialog now updates with the latest details without refreshing the page.

  35. Notifications — The inbox is faster, repeated alerts are grouped, and late or aging production orders no longer flood the bell.

  36. Asset boards — Editing a board no longer fails when a removed asset was still on the list; unavailable assets are dropped automatically.

  37. Assets Sheet — On phones, the sheet now shows every column you have selected. Use Columns to choose what you see.

  38. Exports — You can now find every user, including yourself, when choosing scheduled export recipients.

  39. Tables — Right-click a column header to sort, move, hide, or filter it, including custom fields on jobs, orders, and transactions. A funnel shows when a column is filtered.

  40. App — Status tabs are gone from jobs, orders, and transactions. Filter status from the Status column header instead.

  41. Tables — Column headers stay visible when a list has no matching rows, so you can clear filters from the header.

  42. Tasks — Column headers stay pinned with the list while you scroll, with a divider under the labels.
