Lists: Invoices, credit notes, quality issues, holds, NCRs, CAPAs, 8D reports and absences now let you pick how many rows to show and jump straight to any page, like Orders and Jobs.

Quality: New 8D Report is now one scrolling form, like New CAPA and New NCR, with pick cards for source, priority, and severity.

Safety: Risk assessment pages now use the same layout as NCRs, with the risk score under the title and page tabs for overview, measures, and versions.

Safety: The incident report is now one scrolling form with Save draft and Submit, instead of four separate steps, and the drafts list uses the same layout.

App: Hovering over buttons, menus, table rows and the sidebar now shows a light blue highlight instead of a grey block.

Fishbone analysis: The diagram now looks like a real fish skeleton on a soft backdrop, with a tail fin, a spine leading to a fish head that holds the effect, and tapered ribs in each category colour. Each category has a coloured icon tile and shows how many causes it has, ribs stand steeper as a branch fills up so labels never overlap, and the root cause stands out on its card and in the summary below. The diagram scrolls sideways instead of squashing on narrow screens.

Five Why analysis: Each step now asks a short question above its answer, and the final step is marked as the root cause, so the chain is easier to follow in incidents and 8D reports.

Incidents: The incident page now uses the same layout as risk assessments: a compact header, tabs with icons, one Details section instead of the sidebar, and cleaner evidence, witness and approval history lists.

Inventory: The Consumables list shows each consumable's variants as badges on one line, with a count for any that do not fit. Click the Variants cell to open them, or to add the first one. The empty filter bar above the table is gone.

Menus: Action menus across the app now match the right-click menu: compact text rows without icons, on a light surface.

Prioritisation: Queued and loaded jobs use the same calmer card with more space between them, the footer explains what each job colour means, and the chip menu says Order instead of Open order.

Production: Log Material can offer quick amounts per consumable, such as half or a third of a film, and plus and minus then count pieces of that size. Consumables can also allow typing any amount. The Log Material cart is wider and no longer shows costs.

Production: Editing a batch in Materials Used and adding or editing consumables in Adjust values now use the same quick amounts, take decimal quantities, and hold Save until a typed amount is valid. A correction now updates stock and any cut remainder together, or not at all.

Production: Bulk now checks a consumable's amount settings when it saves a station recording, so an amount the Log Material cart would refuse is refused however it is sent.

Inventory: When cut pieces add up to a whole unit, the tiny leftover from rounding is written off automatically, so three thirds of a film use up exactly one film.

Production: Mark for rework and Rework now work in two steps. Pick the cycle, then the loaded jobs to re-shoot, with who ran each job and when. Only the picked jobs are held for rework.

Production: Mark for rework and Rework steps can record on the picked jobs only. Turn on "Record on the picked jobs only" on the step, and the press counts on those jobs instead of being split across the whole loaded batch.

Risk assessments: Adding a control measure now has an Actions step. When you enter additional controls you can give the follow-up task an owner, due date and priority before saving.

Risk Assessments: Copy a risk assessment to another site you have access to from the actions menu. The copy starts as a draft there with its own RA number, keeping the task details, hazards and control measures. Additional controls and tasks are left for that site to add.

Risk assessments: The Add Control Measure dialog has a slimmer step bar, 1 to 5 rating scales with a colour-coded risk thermometer, errors that clear as you fix them, Edit links on the review step, and a prompt before discarding unsaved details.

Risk assessments: The Who is at Risk and Identified Hazards fields now show an Add button, keep text you typed if you move on without pressing Enter, and offer one-click Employees, Contractors and Visitors options.

Risk Assessments: Version history, scheduled reviews and approval history now read as clean lists, with each revision's risk shown as a bar and a quick link to open older versions.

Scheduling: The Job Planning board has a cleaner header with Today and the date between the day arrows, easier-to-read timeline labels, calmer run blocks, and a right-click menu with a Move to machine submenu. Jobs no longer show as awaiting placement when they only have an unplanned step.

Teamboards: Missed indicator days now always show in their rule's color, including KPIs with an exact or zero target, and screen readers announce each day as on track, missed (with the source that missed), no data or future.

Teamboards: Indicator settings are simpler: pick a KPI or audit, choose its color, and drag to set which one wins.

Safety / Incidents: Incident report drafts now save as you type, and everyone with the same draft open sees the same report as it changes. Starting a new incident report no longer gets stuck loading.

Safety / Risk assessments: Risk levels now show the same colour everywhere, and archiving several assessments at once archives all of them or none.

Quality / 8D reports: Leaving the New 8D Report page now warns you about any unsaved change, including the team and target date.

People pickers: Pressing Enter while searching for a person now picks the first match, once the search results have loaded.
