Production orders: Closing the Put on hold dialog no longer briefly shows the Release from hold dialog. The same fix applies to inbound documents.
Quality: The hold page now uses the same layout as incidents and risk assessments, with how much is held shown up top and overview, release and activity tabs.
Safety: You can now backdate a recorded risk assessment review. The review is saved on the revision that was in force on the review day.
