Bulk Documentation

Released 2026-10-09

Version 3.12.99

Notes 1–71 of 71

  1. Prioritisation: Switch between Board, Kanban and List views from the header. Kanban shows a column for each production stage with the value left to complete at that stage, converted to your global currency at today's exchange rates. Drag a column's header to change the stage order for everyone on the site. Each card shows how many steps at its stage are planned in Scheduling and how many of those are done. List shows orders due in the next six weeks with column filters and export. Kanban and List load 300 orders at a time; use Load more to see the rest.

  2. Sign in: Sites connected to Bulk ID now sign in with one Bulk ID account. Accounts, passwords and two-step sign-in are managed in Bulk ID, guests and Bulk support are labelled on the Users page, and billing managers see when a site is due to lock with a Pay now link.

  3. Orders: Total Value in the orders list and Value on the order now include misc invoices, so services copied onto a misc invoice and extra charges added to it count towards the order. Voided invoices are left out and credit notes reduce the amount.

  4. Prioritisation: The List view has a Remaining value column showing how much of each order is left to complete. Hover it to see the order value, misc invoices and the completed amount. You can sort it and export it.

  5. API keys: The create dialog now lists only sites you can open.

  6. Feedback: The feedback dialog now tells you up front when feedback can't be sent from your workspace, and a failed send or capture upload keeps your message and shows what went wrong so you can try again or send without the attachment.

  7. Inbound: Anyone who can approve inbound documents can now correct the PO number or customer reference on a completed or locked document from the Actions menu. A reason is required, the change shows in Activity, and linked orders and jobs that still use the old value can be updated at the same time.

  8. Invoices: Invoices on an order show their status in color, with the date and amount.

  9. Lists: Records that are still syncing to search now count toward page size and totals, so pages stay the right length and Next works when new records are waiting to appear.

  10. People: Set and edit yearly leave allowances from an employee’s Absences tab.

  11. Production: Hover over or focus a blocked job lock to see which earlier step must be completed before loading.

  12. Production jobs: Job progress in the jobs list now matches the job page. Starting a timer, cancelling, force-completing, or importing a completed job no longer leaves the list showing the wrong percentage, and existing jobs are corrected automatically.

  13. Quality: New NCRs now ask for the affected quantity and unit, and open NCRs can have their quantity corrected with a reason that is kept in the activity history.

  14. Quality: Open the New Quality Hold wizard from the Holds list.

  15. Reports: Tables now print every row. When a table needs more room it grows and moves the widgets below it down, continuing on the next page only when the page is full. The report editor shows the same layout.

  16. Reports: Tables, stat groups, KPI cards, gauges, progress bars and charts keep the rows, columns and layout you set up when there is no data. Empty values show as No data in muted italics, and No target and Not set use the same style.

  17. Reports: Employee feedback reports show the same unit rows for every employee.

  18. Search: New records no longer show Syncing to search forever. They reach search even when live search streaming is turned off, and a record that still cannot be indexed after 10 minutes shows that search sync failed instead of spinning.

  19. Teamboards: Fixed AI assistant requests failing before they could read or update a board.

  20. Assets: On a phone, every status stays in a row you can swipe.

  21. Assets: On a phone, Filters and Columns are icon buttons beside search.

  22. Email: Notification, invoice, report and account emails have a cleaner new look that matches the Bulk website, with a link to paste if a button does not work.

  23. Exports: Export right-first-time data for process cycles with the new Cycle Runs (Right First Time) table. Each run lists its jobs, whether a re-shoot was needed, the cycle operator responsible, and the quality reasons, root causes and issue numbers raised. Quality Item Batches exports now also include the cycle, its operator, its rework status and the linked quality issue number and status.

  24. Lists: On a phone, the Filter heading above a list is hidden so search sits higher.

  25. Processes: In a cycle's consumables, the add button now stays in view however many consumables you add, and you can scroll the list with a normal mouse wheel.

  26. Production: A Consumable step can now pre-select the consumables estimated on the cycle the operator picked. Turn it on in the step settings and put the Cycle step above it. Operators can still change the amounts before recording.

  27. Production: Comment on orders and jobs from their pages, and on a planned job or group in Prioritisation by right-clicking it. A badge on the chip shows how many comments it has.

  28. Production: Jobs with many steps created at once now count every step, so job status, routing readiness, order hours and invoicing no longer skip steps on large jobs.

  29. Production: Very large jobs and orders no longer miss records in order tabs, job lists and progress counts.

  30. Reports: Employee report time filters can now be limited to chosen OEE reasons and to the production items of the linked job steps.

  31. Reports: New Operator Shift Review template. A summary page compares the selected operators, then each operator gets a page listing every shot with how long it should take, the time logged, the time the machine sensor recorded and the time lost, with OEE as logged against real OEE from the sensor and a timeline of how the rostered shift was used.

  32. Reports: New Performance Report template. For each employee it shows output and re-shots by production mode, Right First Time with re-shot reasons, utilisation (uptime against downtime), downtime by reason with the average per event (the reasons with the most downtime, or the reasons you choose), and process cycle targets against the timer and downtime actually logged. Each figure has a workforce average and the employee's position, for example 3rd of 12. Page 2 keeps the scorecard, daily and weekly overviews and sign-off from the feedback report.

  33. Sign in: Opening a site from the Bulk ID portal now signs you straight in, even if you pressed Sign in on that site a few seconds earlier and finished signing in at the portal instead.

  34. Sign in: Opening your workspace from the Bulk ID portal after signing out now signs you straight in, instead of asking you to press Sign in again.

  35. Sign in: Signing in through Bulk ID now shows one calm screen until your workspace is ready, instead of several screens flashing by. Signing in from app-eu.trybulk.app works again.

  36. Assets Board: On a phone, asset cards show only the avatar of the last person who used the asset.

  37. Assets Board: On a phone, the colour key at the bottom fits on two tidy rows.

  38. Assets: Column headers stay lined up with the rows while you scroll sideways.

  39. Assets: Efficiency and utilization use the same thicker bordered bar as the status mix. The captions under those bars are gone.

  40. Assets: On a phone, All is hidden. Tap the selected status again to show every asset.

  41. Assets: On a phone, Code scrolls with the sheet. Tap the snow icon on that column to freeze it.

  42. Assets: On a phone, section headings in the asset picker show just the name.

  43. Assets: On a phone, the asset picker shows two assets per row with smaller previews.

  44. Assets: The status mix is a thicker bar, and the Assets heading above it is gone.

  45. Dashboards: Click a dashboard to open it. Right-click it and choose Open in new tab.

  46. Dashboards: On a phone, dashboards show two per row with smaller previews, so you can see more at once.

  47. Dashboards: The label above the page title uses a slash.

  48. Home: On a phone, Around the floor, Active rooms and On shift now take far less space. Active rooms and On shift now sit side by side.

  49. Home: On a phone, company news is a short list of the latest posts. Tap one to read it.

  50. Home: On a phone, your apps show two per row, so you can see more of them without scrolling.

  51. Inbound: Disabled routings no longer appear in the routing picker, and items with a disabled routing can't be marked ready or sent to Production until you choose an active routing.

  52. Inventory: Stock alerts now go only to the people you choose, up to 10 per site and 10 per variant. A site with no recipients shows a warning instead of alerting everyone.

  53. Inventory: The Enable Tracking dialog now has a search box, a select all option for the variants you've filtered, a running count of what's selected, and variants listed in size order.

  54. Pages: On a phone, search at the top of the dashboard, board, whiteboard, and asset pickers is larger and easier to tap.

  55. Pages: On a phone, the large title at the top of a page is hidden.

  56. Production: Multi-station boards now have a search bar. Type a station name, code, job, order, or customer to find a station quickly. Each board remembers its search when you go back to the grid.

  57. Production: On a phone, the asset picker loads in the same layout as the finished page, and you can start searching straight away.

  58. Stock alerts: The critical threshold now works. Set it with a slider from 0 to 100%, and stock below that share of its minimum level shows as Critical on the Stock page and in alerts.

  59. Stock alerts: The Stock alerts page now matches the other settings pages, shows problems next to the field, and asks before you leave with unsaved changes.

  60. Stock: Edit current counts and min and max levels right in the stock grid. Changes stay highlighted until you review and save them together, and count changes ask for a reason.

  61. Stock: Right-click a stock row to edit its variant, including unit cost, minimum and maximum.

  62. Stock: Right-click any column header on the Stock page to filter by its values, such as status, consumable, quantity, value or last movement. This replaces the Filters panel.

  63. Tasks: Fewer, more useful task emails. You get one alert when a task becomes overdue instead of a daily reminder, digests arrive at most once an hour, bulk changes and small edits fold into your digest, and assignment emails only go to the people newly assigned.

  64. Tasks: Task digest emails now lead with how many updates you have, point out overdue and urgent tasks first, and show each task's status.

  65. Teamboards: On a phone, each board shows its indicators as small previews on one line, so you can scan every board without scrolling.

  66. Across the app: Profile pictures and initials now look the same everywhere people appear, from comments and activity to tables, menus and employee pages.

  67. Reports: Operator Shift Review charts leave out machine time for operators and shots without a machine sensor instead of showing zero, a shot that runs past the end of the day counts only up to it, and report layouts can no longer be saved with a period longer than the report can read.

  68. Reports: Reports started from the template library no longer show widgets outlined in red as outside the page margins.

  69. Orders: An order now keeps its currency when its customer's allowed currencies change or customer records are combined. Use Convert currency to move it to another currency.

  70. Reports: The Operator Shift Review no longer counts days of approved leave as off the bay, treats a shift that starts more than 2 hours late as moved instead of counting the gap as off the bay, and ends the last shot's cycle when its timer stops so later downtime no longer adds to its time lost.

  71. Reports: Widgets in new Performance Report and Actions overview reports stay inside the page margins when you move or resize them.
