Review the KPI Table

The KPI Table is a full-screen sheet of the KPIs assigned to the site you have selected. Each row is one KPI. Columns across the top are the days of a month, or the weeks or months of a year, so you can scroll through actuals and compare series side by side, for example tests set up against samples received.

Use it when the lab or the plant wants a single table of every KPI, not a one-KPI chart or a teamboard widget. Frozen columns hold Category, KPI, Unit, Target, MTD, and Average. Period cells show the actual value and tint green or red when a target exists.

Before you start

Permission to view KPIs. The dashboard is gated by View KPIs (kpi.view). Without it, the page explains that permission is required.
KPIs assigned to the site. The same assignment rule as Settings, KPI, Targets: a KPI appears when this site is in its allowed list, or when its legacy site matches. If none are assigned, the page shows "No KPIs assigned".
Targets and actuals. Cells stay empty and un-tinted until an actual is recorded. Pass and fail colour only appear when both an actual and a target exist for that period.

This board is read-only

The table does not edit targets or actuals. Set daily targets in Settings, KPI, Targets. Record actuals from the usual KPI entry paths.

Open the dashboard

Open the Dashboards area from Home. The picker lists every built-in board.
Find the KPI Table card (code DASH-KPI-T). Double-click it, or select it and choose View DASH-KPI-T.
The board opens full-width with no sidebar. Use Back to dashboards to return to the picker.

The grain, year, and month live in the page address, so a view you build is shareable.

Set the grain and period

Page tabs switch the roll-up:

Day shows one column per calendar day of the selected month. Use the month and year controls to move around.
Week shows one column per site week of the selected year.
Month shows one column per month of the selected year.

The site calendar, not the browser timezone, decides "today" and the week start.

Filter Category, KPI, or Unit from the column headers when you only want some rows. Those filters search every assigned KPI, then the board shows the first 80 matches.

Read the sheet

Frozen columns stay in view while you scroll days:

Category and KPI name the row. Category uses the colour from Settings.
Unit is the display symbol.
Target is the planned value for the visible window, rolled up with that KPI's own method (sum, average, min, or max).
MTD is the actual through today on the site calendar (or through the end of a past window). A future window leaves it blank.
Average is the mean of period cells that have an actual.

Period cells show the actual for that day, week, or month. Green means the actual met the target. Red means it missed. No colour means there is no actual, no target, or both are missing. If a KPI cannot load its actuals, the row shows an error under the name and leaves those cells empty.

Weekend days and today use a light header tint on the Day grain so you can keep your place while scrolling.

Granite Peak example

A lab lead at Element's Lancaster site wants to see whether tests set up are keeping up with samples received. They open Dashboards, double-click KPI Table, and leave the grain on Day for this month. Both KPI rows sit in the same sheet. Scrolling across the days shows samples arriving faster than tests on several mid-month days. They switch to Week for the year to see whether that gap is a one-month spike or a longer trend, then share the page link with the shift huddle.
